Refund and Cancellations

At Reccuit Global, we are committed to delivering professional recruitment and consultancy services with integrity and transparency. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which clients and candidates may request cancellations or refunds.

1. General Policy

  • Reccuit Global offers both free and paid services for candidates and clients.
  • Paid services may include premium coaching, document processing, employer matching, visa guidance, or recruitment retainers.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, most fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except under specific conditions outlined below.

2. For Candidates (Educators)

a)Free Services
Most basic recruitment services (job matching, CV review, screening, employer introductions) are offered free of charge. No refunds or cancellations apply to these.

b) Paid Services

If you have paid for any premium services such as:

  • Interview coaching
  • CV/resume rewriting
  • Visa consultation
  • Priority job promotion or fast-track job matching

Refund Terms:

  • Full refund: If you cancel the service within 24 hours of payment and work has not yet begun.
  • Partial refund: If service has started but is less than 50% completed.
  • No refund: If service is more than 50% delivered, or if digital delivery (like CVs, reports, or visa documents) has been made.

3. For Clients (Schools or Education Institutions)

a) Retained or Exclusive Recruitment Services

  • Upon signing an agreement, a non-refundable retainer fee may be collected to initiate the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment success fees are invoiced upon successful placement or as agreed.

Refund Terms:

  • No refund on retainer or consultation fees once candidate search or shortlisting has begun.
  • Replacement Guarantee: If a hired candidate leaves within a defined guarantee period (usually 60–90 days), we offer one free replacement as per the signed agreement.
  • Custom refund terms (if agreed in writing) will override this general policy.

4. Visa Processing & Government-Dependent Services

Reccuit Global may assist in guiding candidates through visa procedures or refer to third-party licensed agents.

  • We do not guarantee visa approvals or immigration outcomes.
  • Fees paid for visa assistance, documentation, or related services are non-refundable, even if the visa is rejected, unless the error is proven to be from our side.

5. Cancellation of Scheduled Appointments (e.g. coaching or consultation calls)

  • 48 hours notice required for cancellations to reschedule or receive credit.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may not be eligible for refunds.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from confirmation, and returned via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

7. Modifications and Exceptions

  • Reccuit Global reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of technical failure, duplicate payments, or accidental overcharges.
