1.Definitions

  • “You,” “User,” refers to educators or schools using our services.
  • “Candidate” means any individual seeking employment or placement via Reccuit Global.
  • “Client” means any organization seeking recruitment or staffing services.
  • “Services” refers to any recruitment, consultancy, training, coaching, visa support, or website access offered by Reccuit Global.

2.Scope of Services

Reccuit Global provides international recruitment services including:

  • Sourcing, screening, and placement of educators
  • Visa, relocation, and compliance support
  • Interview preparation and career coaching
  • Education consulting and staffing solutions
  • Resume promotion, job matching, and long-term career planning

Services are provided based on agreements made with clients and candidates either through the website or written contracts.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old
    Legally able to enter into binding contracts
  • In possession of accurate and truthful documents (qualifications, identity, certifications, etc.)
  • Compliant with immigration/work visa requirements in the country of employment
  • We reserve the right to verify all information and refuse service for fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete profiles.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

By submitting your application or resume to Reccuit Global:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You authorize us to represent you to prospective employers
  • You acknowledge that job placement is not guaranteed
  • You understand that job offers and immigration approvals are subject to employer and government decisions
  • You are solely responsible for securing required personal documents, passports, visas, and work permits unless specified in a formal agreement.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Clients agree to :

  • Provide complete and lawful job descriptions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor and immigration laws
  • Maintain ethical workplace conditions for selected candidates
  • Pay agreed service or placement fees as per signed contract terms
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in candidate interactions

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

6. Fees and Payments

  • Candidates: Most of our services are free of charge unless otherwise agreed (e.g., premium coaching or visa services).
  • Clients: Fees for recruitment services are subject to written contracts and may include upfront retainers, success-based payments, or recurring partnership models.

Invoices must be paid within agreed timelines. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or legal action.

7. Confidentiality and Data Use

All data submitted is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Reccuit Global will not share personal or business information with third parties unless required by law or explicitly agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and excellence but:

  • We are not responsible for loss of employment, delay in visa processes, or misrepresentation by third parties
  • We do not guarantee outcomes such as job placement or immigration approvals
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for our services directly

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account or engagement at any time
  • Remove access to services or communications if terms are violated

You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by written notice.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

  • Australia (if services relate to Australian recruitment or candidates/clients)
  • United States (if services relate to US-based employment or institutions)
  • Vietnam/India/Your Local Entity’s Laws (for operations managed from these regions)

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of service delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to Terms

Reccuit Global may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
